CLASSROOM OPTIONS
Emergency First Aid + CPR level A or C + AED - Classroom Course
(FIRST AIDER Level 1/BASIC)
$90 + GST
Basic 8 hr course offering an overview of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. Meets OHS regulations for Basic First Aid. Exceeds competitors’ standards by including injury prevention content, CPR and AED. 3 year certification.
Audience
Administrative Staff, Educational Assistants, Teachers, Day Care Workers, Light Construction, Support Workers

Standard First Aid + CPR level A or C + AED - Classroom Course
(FIRST AIDER Level 2/INTERMEDIATE)
$130 + GST
Comprehensive 16 hr course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. Meets federal and a variety of provincial/territorial regulations for Standard First Aid and CPR. Exceeds competitors’ standards by including injury prevention content, CPR and AED. 3 year certification.

Those Working In High Risk Or Rural Conditions, Heavy Equipment Construction, Corrections, Police, Fire, Conservation, Camp Councillors or Supervisors

BLENDED LEARNING OPTIONS
Emergency First Aid + CPR A or C + AED - Blended Learning Course
(FIRST AIDER Level 1/BASIC)
$90 + GST
Online Emergency First Aid with CPR A or C component for Blended Learning. An email with login details will be sent within 24 hours of registering online. Blended Learning consists of a portion of the course done online at your own leisure, and an in-class portion. The time spent in class is reduced to 4.5 hours (compared to 8 hours when done entirely in class). CPR A covers Adults only. CPR C covers Adult , Child & Infant CPR techniques. Same certification earned as the full in-class option. 3 year certification.

OTHER FIRST AID RELATED COURSES
STAY SAFE! Canadian Red Cross
$35 ($30 for schools & non-profits) + GST
Offers basic first aid and safety skills for youth 9-13 years old. Participants learn about being safe when they are without the direct supervision of a parent, guardian, or trusted adult, both at home and in their communities. 6 hrs
COURSE CONTENT
• The importance of responsibility and respect while being accountable for yourself
• The importance of setting and following safety rules when on your own
• How to stay safe at home and within the community
• How to prepare for, recognize and respond to unexpected situations (e.g., inclement weather, strangers, and unanticipated visits)
